Contact
When you contact us, we use your email address, message and any name you provide to answer your inquiry. The form requires an email address and message. STRATO delivers submissions to our Google/Gmail inbox.
We retain correspondence while needed to resolve your inquiry and any follow-up, or to meet legal retention duties. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual inquiries and our legitimate interest in answering other messages under Article 6(1)(f).
Google may process messages outside the European Economic Area, including the US. Its safeguards include the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google’s transfer safeguards.
To prevent spam, we store an IP-derived identifier and submission count based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records expire after one hour; expired records are removed by daily cleanup and when new submissions are processed.
